The MDT LRA Palma Sight 107205-BLK Front Sight is a front sight that attaches to a rifle via the included wing screw.

Since Ethan clearly doesn't know, it's a rear sight used for rifle competition such as Palma, NRA Long Range, and NRA Mid Range. It could be used for Match Rifle Across the Course but most have moved to scopes. Also could be used for an M24 Clone build.
