No, MPN: 102244-BLK will not fit as 300 WSM is a short action caliber.

No, it will not. MPN: 102244 is the MDT LSS Chassis System, Tikka T3, Long Action, Left Hand chassis.

will a t1x fit in the long caliber one being it's a t3/t3x footprint still?

Unfortunately the T1/T1x will only fit T3/T3x chassis that use the factory magazine. Because these require AICS magazines, it will not work.

Does the chassis replace the bottom metal?? With my Tikka t3x 300 wm I replaced the stock Tikka bottom metal with one from CDI Precision... what works

The chassis has an integrated trigger guard and magwell, so you should not need the bottom plate or any of the magazine assembly.
