Will this MDT SA 12 (Code: 3JN-RM-MMSA-104174-BLK-12RD) work in a MPA chassis, 700 Rem short action clone, chambered in 6GT? I assume so.

Yes, as long as the chassis can use AICS pattern magazines, it will be good to go, and all current production can be used for 6GT.

No, this MDT Short Action Metal Magazine will only fit rifles that are designed or converted to accept AICS pattern magazines. I would recommend contacting Savage Arms directly for replacement magazines for your rifle.
