Can you fit 1 of these V5's MDT stocks on to a Cadex Defense Systems Field Strike chassis with Competition Forend and Magpul PRS Gen2 rear buttstock?

As long as your chassis is meant to accept AR 15 stocks, then this will work.

You would need our carbine to fixed stock adapter, and then this buttstock would work.

The MDT Skeleton Rifle Stock V5 will work with the TAC21, you will need MPN:103440-BLK.

Will this fit a savage axis ii precision mdt 308 then?

The Savage Axis II Precision does use an MDT Chassis but it was designed exclusively for the Savage Axis. The manufacturer doesn't state if the MDT Skeleton Rifle Stock V5 will fit on that chassis, so I recommend contacting them to confirm compatibility.
