Does this attach directly to mdt lss chassis for Savage axis short action

Yes. This MDT Sling Swivel Stud M-LOK Adapter will mount to your Chassis using the included M-LOK mounting hardware, and gives your chassis the ability to use a sling mount bipod or sling.
