Yes. The Mean Arms EndoMag 9mm Magazine CMMG Version 3-Pack comes already fully assembled in a new 5.56/.223 PMAG housing and is restrictive state compliant as an unmodifiable, 10-round magazine (fixed base plate).

The response above is incorrect. These are just inserts and require that buyers supply their own PMAGs. This drastically changes the value of the product. Opticsplanet is not really at fault here but this “expert” answer is not accurate for the product that I received.
