Can I apply this magazine with CMMG Banshee 300 ARC9?

The answer is yes. However you will need the "CMMG" version restricted state Endomag for correct functionaility. The EndoMag was invented and manufactured by MEAN Arms. The ARC9 is exactly the same as the MEAN CMMG version insert. We manufacture the ARC9 units under license for for CMMG. If you need further assistance you can email support@meanarms.com

Will this work with a Stern Defense AR-15 6 inch Assembled 9mm ?

No. This Mean Arms Restrictive States EndoMag 9mm is for lower receivers that utilize the standard AR15 magwell and AR15 style magazines. The Stern Defense AR9's utilize magwell adapters to use Colt, Glock, Beretta, or Sig magazines.
