I have a SDS Stainless Steel Duty .45 1911. I have bought 3 mags that don't work, 2 6 round (too Short) and an 8 round thats too Wide. WHAT will work

There are 3 basic size frames for 1911's.
Commander.
Officer.
Government.
You need to figure out what size frame you have.
