This kit is made to fit the Mec-Gar Sig P226 18 round 9mm magazine.

No, but also yes. The 19rd basepad is NOT compatible with a 15rd mag body (it will NOT seat), the original 15rd metal basepad must be used. The spring can be trimmed to fit the original basepad and then the 15rd magazine body with 19rd follower (same as 18rd and 20rd Mec Gar followers) and modified spring will fit 17 rounds.
