The Meprolight FT Bullseye Handgun Self-Illuminated Night Sight designed to fit MOS model Glocks (MPN:0631053108) should be compatible with your Canik as they share the same rear sight cut. However, Meprolight does not specify compatibility with Canik model pistols. I would recommend reaching out to them directly for fitment confirmation on your Canik.

Canik (Modern) TP9s have Glock cuts in the rear. We have two different Glock FT Rears, one for MOS (63105) and one for non-MOS Glocks (63101). The 63105 has the dovetail located further back on the slide. 63101 looks like it will work the best, but the caveat is that the optic cut cover needs to be flush with the top of the slide (from a side view). We have not tested this in house yet so I can't say for certain if this will be a good fit, as the FT Rear Bullseye needs to sit flush without any clearance issues.
