The manufacturer unfortunately provides no waterproof or fogproof specifications for the Foresight.

Are you able to utilize the 10 stored profiles to have zero (for the same rifle) at different distances? Like 1 @25yds, @50yds and @100yds?

Yes, the different profiles can be used for different guns, different rounds, or different zeroing distances.

This is meant for more daytime not much nighttime at all. And you do have control on brightness settings.

Who deals with the return if the item is defective?

When you have a defective item you fill out a RMA Request form on our website with in 30 days. However if has been past 30 days then you will have to go through warranty with Meprolight.

Is the actual display red or green? Specification says Red Dot.

This is like yellow green color. And Specification of the optic falls under the Red Dot.
