Will this optic fit/carry handle mount fit with the a1 style handguard installed

I know these mounts have barely enough clearance, but still fit, on A2/A4 style handguards so if the A1 is any taller than those I would say it wouldn't have enough room

This Meprolight MEPRO M21 is designed to fit with a standard carrying handle and fixed front sight for the AR15 platform. With that setup, this optic allows for an absolute co-witness. Meaning you will see your front and rear sight through the lens of the optic, with the optic reticle lined up with your front sight.

The picture shows that it comes with the flash kill attached. Does it come with the flash kill??

It does not. The flash guard comes as part of the M21 Polarizer filter kit.
