As long as your Springfield 1911-A1 has a GI cut dovetail, yes these should fit.

Will these fit a Colt M1991 A1 series 80?

That's tough to say as there is so many variants. But I can give you the measurements and hopefully that can guide you in your decision if it's compatible or not.
Bottom of Rear dovetail: .3280" long by .6275" wide. The angle of the dovetail is 64°38'
Front sight: Tenon post is .125" by .125" wide

Will the ML-10776 sights fit a Colt Super 38 Automatic ?

Assuming the the front sight on that Super 38 is a tenon post and not fixed, and that it is is the older style Super 38 and not a newer production model, this set should fit.

This will only fit the Springfield Armory Mil-Spec model with the traditional GI style sights. It has a .125" tang on the front sight.
