As long as your Springfield 1911-A1 has a GI cut dovetail, yes these should fit.

Having just installed these on the Springfield 1911-A1 Mil-Spec I can say that the Rear sight will fit with no modification. The front sight however needs to be diamond filed down from .125" to ~.080" width, testing for fit as you go along. Unfortunately in my case the gun now shoots 5-6" low at 15 yards. Love Mepro Light sights but would not recommend these for Springfield 1911-A1
