The front Meprolight Tru-Dot Tritium Night Sight is not compatible with the P365. The P365 uses a #6 front sight, not a #8. If you have a non optic ready P365, you will be able to use the rear sight since non optic ready models of the P365 use a #8 rear. However, any optic ready P365 will not be compatible with these sights.
