Can this be used to install front sights? Does it work with the Glock 43?

This can be used for dovetailed front iron sights, however the Glock 43 front sight is not dovetailed so you would need a Glock sight tool instead: https://www.opticsplanet.com/meprolight-hex-nut-tool-for-glock-front-sights.html. This will work on the rear sights.

Will this Meprolight USIT Universal Sight Installation Tool remove rear sight on a Kimber 1911 Gold Match 2, and do you need any special adapter?

Yes, the USIT should be compatible with the Jericho 941 with the dovetail sights..

Does the Meprolight universal U.S.I.T come with the pictured block, and does it have instructions and are there other adapters needed for Glocks?

This does come with the pictured block and should include instructions. You should not need additional adapters for Glock.
