How long have these been sitting on the shelves or are they brand new 2022 from manufacturer?

I can't answer that for certain, but Optics Planet has a pretty high turnover rate for our products and I imagine these HK sights are no different and will be recently manufactured (past year or 2)

Does the Meprolight adjustable night sight for HK USP also fit the USP Elite 45? This model is not mentioned in the description, but is an HK USP 45.

Will these fit a hk usp full size 9mm and co witness with the vortex venom red dot?

The USP model sights will fit the full size 9mm USP, but they are not suppressor height sights, so they will not co-witness with your Venom red dot.
