The MFT Engage AR15/M16 Pistol Grip is a 15 degree angle and features a tab that covers the receiver gaps that cause discomfort during sustained usage and can be easily removed if desired.

No, Mission First Tactical advises to use the existing screw from the grip being replaced.

Will this grip fit a 300 blackout

As long as you're referring to an AR chambered in 300 BLK, it will fit as 300 BLK uses all the same parts as a standard AR15 (5.56) other than the barrel.
