I have a 16 inch mid-length PSA upper, I didn't see anything about what length gas system would work, will this work with the mud-length system?

This Midwest Industries 15in Combat Rail T-Series One Piece Free Float Handguard will work with your PSA upper as long as you are using a low profile gas block. If you have a delta ring and handguard cap, they must be removed in order to install this handguard.

Yes. This Midwest Industries 15in Combat Rail T-Series One Piece Free Float Handguard is compatible with standard forged upper receivers. It will include the barrel nut, hardware, and wrench required for installation.

The manufacturer doesn't specify if the Midwest Industries 15in Combat Rail T-Series One Piece Free Float Handguard is compatible with Piston Driven Gas Systems. I recommend contacting the manufacturer for that information.

The gas block size will be determined by the barrel, not the hand guard.

Will this work for a .308 AR-10 build or is the profile too slim for the barrel/gas system?

no it is designed for ar15 style rifles. you will need one of our 308 rails for a dpms pattern 308 rifle

will this fit as a replacement to a davidson defence upper handgarde

davidson defense says on their website their uppers are mil-spec so our handguard should work. we have not tested using their uppers
