Yes, the Midwest Industries 45 Degree Offset Surefire Light Mount will work if you Aero Precision handguard is M-LOK.

This product was designed to work with out rail system. the contour of the aero looks like it might not work. i do not know 100% for sure

this will NOT work with aero handguards, i have an atlas r/atlas s and m4e1 across different builds. this WILL bend and potentially break the rail
