Will this work with the aero precision m4e1 enhanced handgaurd?

This product was designed to work with out rail system. the contour of the aero looks like it might not work. i do not know 100% for sure

No, the Midwest Industries 45 Degree Offset Surefire Light Mount is only compatible with the Surefire M300 and M600 series lights.

Will this mount work with the Streamlight line of flashlights and if it does which ones?

The Surefire Scout mount is only guaranteed to work with the standard Streamlight ProTac HLX.

Does this work for the Surefire 6P

No, as the Surefire 6P is a handheld flashlight that requires a ring mount. This is meant for Surefire Scout lights that have the mount permanently attached to the body of the light.

Yes, if your model of ProTac is compatible with Scout mounts it will work with this Midwest Industries mount as well.
