we have not tested this on the c39v2 and romeo5. however a lot of t1 clones will have the sights visible through the optic. we do not guarantee any optic to co-witness with ak mounts due to the variation in ak47 production methods and how each company attaches the side rails to a given rifle.
The answer is yes. But the emitter slightly blocks the iron sights since it is located in the right lower corner. I ended up using a Primary Arms MD-25 and the iron sights are now completely, clearly visible. Had to buy the stuff to answer my own question though.
