we have not tested this on the c39v2 and romeo5. however a lot of t1 clones will have the sights visible through the optic. we do not guarantee any optic to co-witness with ak mounts due to the variation in ak47 production methods and how each company attaches the side rails to a given rifle.
The BARS Red Dot mounts to picatinny rail and will not be able to mount to this Midwest Industries AK 47/74 Modular Scope Mount. However, the Midwest Industries AK 47 mount located at the link below has a picatinny rail mounting surface. This will allow the BARs Red Dot to mount to it.

This Midwest Industries AK 47/74 Generation 2 Mount will not work with the Primary Arms GLX 2X Prism Red Dot. However, the the picatinny rail mount or ACOG mount listed at the link below will work.

while the sam7k-44 has a side rail they put a big fat sight in the middle of the top cover.... so no it probably wont work while the rear sight is in place.
