Yes, it should as long as it has a side receiver rail to mount too.
It does fit but only after a little modification to the mount to allow the mount to clear the rear rivet of the side mount of the rifle however it does not centered with rifle. I called Midwest industries and they said they take an average measurement of about 50 different AK’s to make their mount so some work and some do not. This one obviously doesn’t work if you’re trying to co-witness with a red dot. Probably not a big deal if you’re just going to use the red dot and not worry about co-witnessing.
Yes, it fits my PSAK 47 Gen 2 however on my rifle it's slightly (1/8") off-center FYI.
