Will this fit on a wasr 10?

The Midwest Industries AK Alpha Series Railed Top Cover should work with a WASR10 but you will also need the Midwest Industries Alpha series handguard.

Will this work with a century arms VSKA & VSKA Draco?

You will need a Midwest Industries Alpha handguard for this to fit. It will fit the VSKA.

What AK’s is this compatible with? Zastava? Arsenal? etc?

The Midwest Industries AK Alpha Series Railed Top Cover requires the use of a Midwest Industries Alpha Series Handguard (MI-AK-ALPHA6, MI-AK-ALPHA10.0) and features an adjustable locking block to fit on most AK firearms. The handguard and top cover will be compatible with most AK47, AK74, AKM pattern firearms with stamped receivers. It is not compatible with Yugo (Zastava) or Milled (Arsenal) pattern firearms.
