It may if it meets the mounting requirements laid out by Midwest Industries:

Requirement for fit:
1. Barrel diameter of .700 under lower handguard
2. Lower furniture length of 6.0 inches, not counting mounting surfaces
3. Upper gas tube furniture length of 4.0 inch., not counting mounting surfaces
