Yes. The Midwest Industries Extended Universal AK47/74 Handguard With Standard Topcover will fit you KR-103 but requires removal of the sling loop on the forward handguard cap.

Do you not have the tan color ? it only gives me the option for black. I'm looking ay the extended 9.5 inch.

it will function but the barrel clamp will be exposed and the top of the barrel will be exposed

Yes, this fits most AK-47's and AK-74's and variants, stamped and milled. Be aware that due to the wide array of AK variants, there is always a possibility that some minor fitment could be required.
