Will this fit a Pioneer Arms AK-47 Sporter?

The Midwest Industries Gen 2 AK Rear Bias Side Mount will not be compatible with the Pioneer Arms AK-47 Sporter rifle. You would need to first, attach a side mount interface to your rifle in order to install this rail mount. I would recommend using the Tiger Rock AK Side-Mount Plate, which once installed, will allow you to mount this rail system.

Does the rear bias mount have holes in the top rail to directly mount an optic?

No, this is a railed interface. Your optic needs to have the ability to mount to a 1913 rail.

If your VZ58 has a side receiver rail mount the Midwest Industries Gen 2 AK Rear Bias Side Mount should work.

Does this have a groove and holes to directly mount mini acog pattern sight like the kalishnalikovUSA mount? Can't tell from photos.

No, this Midwest Industries Gen 2 AK Rear Bias Side Mount uses a picatinny flattop rail. A Mini-ACOG compatible version of this mount is available and can be found by using the link below:
