What type of rail sections will fit this handguard?

Midwest Industries sells rail sections for these handguards, but we do not currently offer them.

Are there any handstops or vert grips that direct thread into this handguard?

There are no vertical grips that will direct mount to the handguard, however the following link includes a handstop that will direct mount to the handguard:

What is the thread spacing on the botton(6) of the handguard?

The wholes on the handguard are approximately 2 inches apart.

Will this rail fit a PSA gen 2 .308 upper receiver?

This handguard will not. It is meant specifically for an AR-15 and will not work with an AR-10.
