Does the Superlative Arms clamp on gas block fit under this?

No it will not fit this handguard. The inside diameter of this handguard is 1.3" and the gas block is 1.426"

Will this handguard fit a Sig Sauer M400 tread?

Yes, the Midwest Industries MI Ultra Lightweight One Piece Free Float Handguard is compatible with your Sig M400 Tread rifle. It will include the barrel nut/wrench and required hardware to install.

our handguards are not made to work with billet uppers. we designed them for milspec forged uppers.

Does anyone know if if the 15" will fit my Sig Sauer M400 Swat 5.56mm Tactical Rifle? Model#RM400-16B-S. Just not sure about the gastube/gasblock

This will work with a M400 upper. you will have to remove the front sight base and replace with a low profile gas block. We do not make a ultra lightweight hand guard short enough to fit behind a carbine length front sight tower.

This handguard is made out of 6061-T6 Aluminum

Yes, it can fit but you will have to switch the gas block to a low profile gas block.
