Will this fit the new HK MP5 22LR ?

Yes, just installed it on my HK MP5 22LR. The screws are a hair short and will require you to remove the screws from the "feet" before installing. Once installed, it is rock solid.

As long as the clone has the claw mount rail on top of the receiver and the claw mount rail is made to HK spec. yes.
