Yes, just installed it on my HK MP5 22LR. The screws are a hair short and will require you to remove the screws from the "feet" before installing. Once installed, it is rock solid.

Well, I have a brand new HK (Umarex) MP5 22lr and this DOES NOT fit. The claws on the receiver are slightly longer (more distance apart) than the mount itself. Those saying it fits, probably did some cosmetic damage to their gun. Or, I have a weird unicorn built like no other. I damaged my receiver and didnt even get it partially mounted and very gentle. Only option for me is to do some grinding on 2 small pieces to allow them to fit between the mount and claws on the receiver. Insert bad words here!

it does fit but it was a pain to get on but it does work I had to use the long screws and mine never came with the blue thread lock like it claims it is supposed to...
