Will these rails fit my model 8500 ruger ar 5.56. I was told my guard is a military style.The holes are 11/16 from center to center.

No, these are M-lok attachmnets. You would need an M-Lok rail for these to work. Something like this: MWI-HZ-MICRFHG-MI-CRM-7-0

The 3-slot rail is about 1.275", the 5-slot is about 2.1", and the 9-slot is about 3.75".
