The Midwest Industries Universal QD Base will not fit the Mini ACOG footprint. The Midwest Industries mount at the link below will work.

The Primary Arms SLX 3x32 Prism scope will not fit the Midwest Industries Universal QD Base. The mount at the link below may work with that sight but I recommend contacting the manufacturer to confirm compatibility.

I would recommend using the Midwest Industries Aimpoint T-1 QD Mount, which is specifically designed to fit the T1/T2 footprint found on your Romeo 5X. The mount can be found by using the link below:

The Midwest Industries Universal QD Base will mount to an M1A Scout Rail. It will work with red dots that share the same two hole pattern as the mount.

The Midwest Industries Universal QD Base is designed to mount optics with compatible mounting footprints. It will not work for mounting a bipod. The mount at the link below could be used for your bipod.
