any ar15 stock that is designed for a mil-spec carbine buffer tube will work.

The Midwest Industries Rifle Chassis Compatible with Ruger PC Carbine is compatible with non beavertail AR grips. This one should work:

This appears to only come with the stock mounting hardware.

What type of QD mount is compatible with this chassis?

It will work with any standard QD sling swivel.

Is this chassis compatible with the original m-lock hand guard that comes on the PC9?

It will be compatible with any standard M-lok handguard as long as its meant for the Ruger PC Carbine Take Down model.
