Will this fit a Zastva Ak pistol

The Midwest Industries Side Folding Fixed Extruded Stock will fit rifles that use a 1913 picatinny rail interface on the rear of the receiver. If you do not have a 1913 interface, you cannot equip this stock.

can this adapt to a polish hellpup if the rear plate is drilled and tapped? or in this already configured to attach only to an existing mount or rail?

The Midwest Industries Side Folding Fixed Extruded Stock will not work with the Polish Hellpup.

Does this come with everything needed to mount to a standard AK?

This is intended to work with a picatinny rail and comes only with what is pictured. it will not work with a standard ak unless the ak has a rail on the back of the receiver
