That is the manufacturers specifications they have provided for the handguard.

Answered my own question, bought it and it is compatible with the SRD762 direct thread like I have, not compatible with the QD mounted silencer.

It is compatible with the SIG SRD762 direct thread, I'm guessing they are referring to the QD suppressors.
