That is the manufacturers specifications they have provided for the handguard.

will this fit a legacy MCX, not a virtus just a normal MCX

Yes. This Midwest Industries SIG Rattler 10in M-Lok Suppresser Compatible Handguard is designed to fit Sig Rattler model MCX rifles/pistols. It will not fit Virtus model MCX's.
