Will this mount work on the ruger pc charger ?

Yes, it will as long as your PC Charger has the top rail on it. Please be aware this may be a little too tall for your PC Charger as it is meant for AR style fireams.

Will this work with the HOLOSUN HS407K X2, if not is there something similar that will?

The Midwest Industries Trijicon RMR QD Mount is not compatible with the 407K. This mount only fits optics that use the Trijicon RMR footprint. Because the 407K uses a modified RMSc footprint, you would need to use an RMSc or Deltapoint Pro picatinny mount. However, they would require modification by removing the rear recoil lugs and shortening the front lugs on the mount. Or you can use a universal mount such as the SIG SAUER Universal Reflex Sight Riser Mount, which can be found by using the link below:

Will this work with the Sig Sauer Romeo2 to mount to a Rattler?

No. The Sig Romeo 2 uses a Leupold DeltaPoint Pro footprint, not the Trijicon RMR footprint. You would need to use the SIG SAUER Universal Reflex Sight Riser Mount, found by using the link below:

Will this mount work with a Hex Dragon fly?

The Hex Dragonfly uses the Vortex Venom/ Burris FastFire footprint. This Midwest Industries Trijicon RMR QD Mount only fits red dots with the RMR footprint so it will not work with the Hex Dragonfly. However, the Burris AR-F3 AR Tactical Flat Top FastFire II & III Mount at the link below should work for that red dot.

What's the saddle height (height over the top of the pic rail) for the Full Co-Witness version?

The exact height is unfortunately not provided by Midwest Industries for these mounts. You will need to reach out to them to get the exact saddle height as the only height information provided is that it is a "full co-witness height" specifically with an RMR. The mount is likely very close to 1 inch in height for the saddle measurement as the height to the center line of an RMR is approximately half an inch so with an RMR mounted on the full model, it would put the centerline of the RMR at approximately 1.5 inches.
