Yes. The Mil-Tec by Sturm Ripstop Wet Weather Poncho is a multi-purpose poncho that can be used as tarp protection, tarpaulin, bivouac, sack etc. as well as a poverty tent with 2 ponchos.

Are all colors of same specification and detail? (prefer black). Where is this manufactured/made?

They are the same specification however when it comes to color like Black and Olive drab are solid color. The others are multi color camo style. Was not provided where its manufactured or made recommend reaching out to manufacturer.
