No. The Monstrum Side Mounted 12 Gauge Shell Holder will only fit the Mossberg 500, 590, and Shockwave.

Does this saddle utilize the screws on the left of the gun as well or only the top?

This side saddle mounts using the top of the receiver where most Mossberg 500's and 590's have been drilled and tapped.
