No, all FLEX accessories from Mossberg will only fit Mossberg shotguns that use the FLEX furniture. To use this on a standard Mossberg 500 that isnt a "FLEX" model will require the FLEX Conversion Kit from Mossberg. It can be ordered from Mossberg directly under SKU: 96022.

It will fit any Mossberg FLEX system shotgun, so if your Mossberg 935 is a FLEX model it will fit.
