Certain models of the Mossberg 590 are compatible with the Flex System. The Mossberg Flex Synthetic Pistol Grip only works with those models that have the flex system. From what information I can find a non Flex System model of the Mossberg 590 cannot have the Flex System added to it.

You'd have to install a flex adapter kit first, and then you can use it
