What is a apv flex and flex Reticle? Googled it got nothing. Is it stainless, aluminum, or painted? What is the quality of the finish on the scopes?

No white model is there bac? The single pics of the silver, I assume is the reflection. Would be cool to have a cold weather model.

Excuse my ignorance. What is the sunshade for? Also, what kind of rings do I need to mount it on a Ruger 10/22 SS Target Bull Barrel?

A sunshade is meant to cut down on glare from shooting outside under bright daylight conditions. In regards to rings, there are a multitude of options available depending on how your Ruger 10/22 is set up.
