Small: Torso- 15-20in/Waist- 26-32in
Medium: Torso- 15-20in/Waist- 31-36in
Large: Torso- 17-24in/Waist- 35-40in
XL: Torso- 17-24in/Waist- 39+in
If you are between sizes on the waist belt, we recommend you size down.
