The NcSTAR AR15 Green Laser w/A2 Iron Front Sight Post is 3.6"L X 1.6"H X 1.4"D. It uses 1 CR123A Lithium Type Battery (Included).

How can I mount this ontop of a M-LOK style handguard and still be able to have a Co-Witness with Rear Flip up sights?

Most MLOK handguards that have MLOK sections on top will be standard receiver rail height when you add an MLOK rail section to it. That should put this at normal sight height when mounted on that rail section.

As long as your scope is mounted at normal AR-height, this should not obstruct it.

It will. It just mounts on the picatinny rail, so as long as you don't have existing sights in the way it will work fine.
