The NcSTAR GEN3 SRT 3X-9X Rubber Armored Mil-Dot Rifle Scope will work on every rifle with a flattop picatinny rail. However, the reticle was designed for use with M193 55 gr. ammunition meaning the BDC wouldn't be exact with other ammunition types.

The NcSTAR GEN3 SRT 3X-9X Rubber Armored Mil-Dot Rifle Scope is a second focal plane scope.

Is this a night vision scope or just lighted mill does? And would this work on a high powered breakberrel pellet rifle in .22 or .25?

It will mount on the firearm if it has a picatinny rail. And this is not a night vision scope. This is riflescope with LED Illumination reticle.
