A standard 30mm mount will work for this optic.

I have a 91-30 Mosin Nagant sniper rifle with the original scope mount. Will this scope or do have another that will fit this type of scope mount?

If you are referring to the scout mount, no, this will not work. You will need a scout scope to accommodate for eye relief.

Unfortunately NcStar does not provide specifics on the reticle subtensions or the size of the center dot. You will need to reach out to NcStar for more specifics regarding the reticle
