Will this plate fit any full size Glock

Yes, the Night Fision Delta Point Pro Adapter Plate fits all MOS model Glocks (up to Gen 5) with the exception of slimline models (43X,48 etc).

No, this optic plate is meant to a factory Glock MOS slide and is used to mount a Delta Point Pro footprint optic.
