Will this work for a SAR B6C?

The Night Fision Sight Set is not compatible with your SAR B6C. I believe you can use CZ97 style sights, although minor modification may be required. I'd recommend the XS Sight Systems DXT2 Big Dot Sight, found by using the link below:

Are these tall enough to use with suppressor?

These sights are slightly shorter than traditional suppressor heights for the P-10C. They may be tall enough to clear some silencers, but we cannot guarantee that.
